Hampton to start Game 2

Mike Hampton will be moved up to Game 2, and John Thomson is tentatively scheduled to go in Game 3 with a couple of more days rest. If he still can't pitch then, I expect Russ Ortiz will pitch Game 3, and probably Jaret Wright in Game 4 on 3 days rest.
